What it means

A classic, fairly gentle insult for someone acting stupid, clueless, or just a bit annoying. It’s not proper venomous, more the word you lob when a mate forgets his keys again or a politician says something daft on telly. It can also mean the body part, so context usually does the heavy lifting.

Usage examples

"He turned up to the wake in a flamingo shirt and shades. What a tit. Even the vicar clocked it and gave him the look."
"Stop being a tit and put the traffic cone back before someone calls it in."
"He looked a proper tit dancing on his own, but he was having the time of his life."

Voices of the people

Theory is all well and good... but what we Magikitos really love is hearing humans in their natural flow. That's why we collect voice notes that people send us on WhatsApp, recording themselves using the expression with a real, street-level example!
