What data do we store?

Not much at all, honestly. If you get in touch or place an order, we keep your email, your name and the shipping details needed so your Magikitos can find their way home. The basics, nothing more.

We don't use your data for anything shady, Magikito's honour! We don't sell it, we don't share it with dark elves and we don't hand it over to anyone. We only use it to manage your order, chat with you when you write to us, and remember important things you tell us so we can have real conversations.

Artificial Intelligence Processing (the techy bit)

When you write to us, we use artificial intelligence (OpenAI API) to process and better understand your messages. It sounds like science fiction, but it's what helps us reply in a more personal way and remember important things you share. Basically, it's like having an extra memory so we never forget about you.

The AI analyses the content of your message to understand the tone, spot important topics and extract relevant information so we can get to know you better. For example, if you tell us you love cats, we'll remember that for future chats. Or if you mention what you do for work, we'll keep that in mind for more context next time.

This data is processed securely and never shared publicly. OpenAI has their own privacy policy where they explain how they handle information. We trust them, and you can trust us.

Cookies & Tracking (the forest breadcrumbs)

We use technical and functional cookies to keep the website running smoothly. Think of them as breadcrumbs we leave so we don't get lost in the internet forest. Without them, the site can't remember who you are or what you were doing.

We don't use any tracking systems or external analytics. No Google Analytics, no tracking tools. Only the strictly necessary cookies for the shop and cart to work properly. Here, we genuinely respect your privacy.

Secure Payment Gateway (your bank details)

Payments go directly through Stripe, which is super secure and reliable. We never see or store your card details. Not the number, not the CVV, nothing. Everything goes straight between your bank and Stripe, without us touching any of that sensitive information.
