Magikitos is an artisan workshop where we create handcrafted figurines, one by one, with heaps of love. Each piece is unique and made by Carmen in her workshop in Taramundi, surrounded by forest and good vibes.
By shopping on our site or chatting with us, you agree to these terms. They're the basic ground rules to keep everything flowing naturally and everyone happy. No corporate jargon, just common sense and good vibes.
All our Magikitos are handcrafted figurines, made one by one, with no moulds or mass production. Each one has its own personality, its own expression, its own vibe. The photos on the site are for reference; your Magikito will be similar, but with its own unique touch.
Like snowflakes or tree bark patterns, no two Magikitos are the same. And that's precisely what makes them beautiful. Prices are in euros and include VAT. What you see is what you pay, no surprises or fine print.
Payments go through Stripe, which is super secure and reliable. We accept credit and debit cards. Your order is automatically confirmed once the payment goes through without issues.
You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you have any questions or just fancy a chat about your order, reply directly to that email. There's always someone on the other end listening.
We ship throughout Spain via Correos. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Everything clear and transparent from the start, no last-minute surprises.
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days from when we confirm your order. We'll send you an email with shipping details and tracking, so you know exactly where your Magikito is on its journey to you.
If there's any trouble with the shipping, write to us and we'll sort it out together. We want your Magikito to arrive safe, sound and full of good vibes at your door.
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your Magikito to return it if it doesn't convince you or if there's a problem. No worries, these things happen. We want you to be happy with your purchase, not feel stuck.
The conditions: The Magikito must be in new, unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are on you, and we apply a restocking fee of 5 EUR (to cover handling costs, because all this takes work).
Once we receive the return and verify everything is in order, we'll refund you within a maximum of 30 days, via the same payment method you used. No fuss, no excuses.
It's dead simple. First, write to us at contacto@magikitos.com with your order number and tell us what happened. We'll confirm the return address and the steps to follow.
Then, pack the Magikito carefully (in its original packaging if possible) and send it to us. Don't forget to include the order number inside the parcel. And share the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it.
If you'd rather exchange your Magikito for another, let us know before sending it. Exchanges work just like returns, except we send you a new magical companion instead of a refund.
