Street voices
"100% means agreeing with someone all the way. You would say this when you feel the same way as someone. For example, You know what I'm saying though? I really like that girl. 100%. You guys have known each other since high school."
What it means
A fast little way to say you fully agree, no wobble, no maybe sneaking about in the back. It means you're completely with what the other person's saying. People drop it in texts, group chats, and out loud when plain yes feels a bit too skinny.
Usage examples
"You reckon Mariah should've dumped him ages ago? 100%, man. He still texts his ex and turns up late to everything."
"You think we should leave before the storm hits the coast road? 100%, I am grabbing the keys right now."
"That new manager talks big but hasn't fixed a single thing. 100%, just pure waffle and a shiny tie."
"We are not paying thirty quid for two sad little cocktails. 100%, let's bounce and get chips instead."
"That film was way too long and still somehow made no sense. 100%, I checked my phone about twelve times."

Edit, fix or tell us something. We review it and, if it is true, you will see it applied with your name on it.
Where it comes from
The full percentage, nothing missing, borrowed from the language of scores and stats. Spoken in agreement, it means total certainty with zero room left for doubt.
