Your Roman Empire is the random topic you think about way more often than anyone would expect. It started as a literal question to men about the actual Roman Empire, then became shorthand for anyone's oddly frequent mental obsession, from a football match in 2008 to how ships float.

This comes from a 2023 social media trend where women asked men how often they think about the actual Roman Empire, and loads of them said way more often than expected. That joke snowballed fast, and Roman Empire turned into shorthand for any weirdly recurring personal obsession.
