"Talk to the hand is used to basically replace 'I don't want to hear it' or 'I'm mad at you. Don't talk to me.' And you can use your hand and kind of put it up in their face when you're saying it. An example would be: 'I don't know why you're talking to me right now when you didn't call me back last night. Talk to the hand, 'cause the face don't give a damn.'"
