What it means
Means someone is so consistently attractive that their face never fails them. You use it when a person looks good from every angle, in every light, with no off day in sight. It is pure praise, usually playful and a bit dramatic, like admitting their beauty budget is apparently backed by supernatural forces.
Usage examples
"You rolled out of bed, threw on a hoodie, and still looked unreal at brunch. Be serious, your face card never declines."
"Every time you post a random blurry selfie and still eat everybody up, I'm like yep, face card never declines."
"No makeup, bad lighting, front camera on violence and somehow you still look elite. Face card never declines, babe."
