"Crashing out. Getting so angry that you have to take it out on everything around you, whether it be the people around you or just breaking everything in your vicinity. Oh yeah, what's up dude? What it means
Means losing your cool all the way and going full meltdown mode because you're mad, stressed, embarrassed, or just emotionally fried. Someone who's crashing out isn't just annoyed, they're making it everybody else's problem. Online people use it a lot for public spirals, dramatic tantrums, and acting way too reckless over something small.

Borrowed from the image of a system or vehicle crashing, all control gone in an instant. Online it became the word for a full public meltdown, composure spinning off the road.
