What it means
Means very drunk, properly gone, not just pleasantly buzzed. If someone's trollied, they're wobbling, talking rubbish with full confidence, and making the kind of decisions that sound brilliant at 1 am and cursed by daylight. It's a UK and Ireland sort of word for a messy, laughable level of drunk.
