What it means
Radge is a Geordie and Scottish word for someone who's gone a bit wild, raging, or acting off their head. You can call a person a radge if they kick off easy, or say someone went radge when they suddenly lost it. It can mean angry, chaotic, or just full-on unhinged for a minute.
