What it means
Seriously muscular and well built, like you’ve been living on chicken, rice, and heavy squats. If someone’s hench, they’re properly stacked, not just a bit toned. You’ll hear it in UK youth chat and gym talk, sometimes as respect, sometimes as a cheeky dig when a mate’s taking up half the room with their lats.
