Someone who keeps signing themselves up for stress, hassle, or outright misery, even after it’s gone badly before. They never seem to learn, and there’s always a suspicion they secretly enjoy the suffering, or at least the drama of it. Often said with a bit of affection, like they’re daft but predictable.
