Technique or skill, especially the flashy kind that makes people proper react. It started in football for smooth control, tricks, and quality on the ball, but people now sling it wider for any bit of slick competence. If someone pulls off something clean, clever, or showy, you can just nod and go that's tekkers.

Where it comes from
Tekkers comes out of British football slang as a clipped, playful spin on technique. That -ers ending fits a very UK habit of turning words into matey little nicknames, same sort of energy you get with brekkie or prezzie. It took off on pitches, terraces, and lad chat before spreading into everyday banter.
