What it means
Periodt is an emphatic full stop slapped on the end of a statement to say there is nothing more to add and no room to argue. The extra t just makes the point land that bit harder.
Usage examples
"This is the best pizza in town, periodt."
"We are not going if it rains, periodt."
Where it comes from
A playful respelling of period, the punctuation mark that ends a sentence, drawn from Black drag and ballroom culture as a verbal mic-drop.
