When someone mogs you, they completely outshine you in looks, height or sheer presence, usually without even trying. You get mogged the second a taller, sharper mate walks into the room and all the attention swings his way. It started off as gym and looksmaxxing talk but now it's all over TikTok as a half-joking way to admit someone outclassed you.

Where it comes from
It comes from AMOG, short for alpha male of group, an old pickup artist term for the guy who dominates the room. Online it got clipped to mog, then turned into mogged for the person on the losing end. Looksmaxxing and gym forums pushed it hard, then TikTok gave it jet fuel.
