What it means
Calling someone cracked means they are unbelievably good at something, usually a video game, so good it almost looks like they're cheating. A cracked player lands every shot and reacts faster than seems human. It's slipped out of gaming too, so a cracked chef or a cracked dancer is someone with freakish skill.
Usage examples
"Did you see that clutch? He's actually cracked at this game, no one reacts that fast."
"Her knife skills are cracked, she diced that onion before I even found a board."
"Nah, she's cracked on the decks, every transition was stupid clean."
"You let him touch the ball once and it's over, man's cracked."
Where it comes from
It comes from gaming, where a cracked player is so sharp they seem glitched or hacked, as if the game itself had been cracked open. The praise stuck and spread to any jaw-dropping skill.
