What it means
A bifter is an old-school British slang word for a cigarette, usually a roll-up, and sometimes a spliff depending on who’s saying it. It’s the sort of word you hear when someone slips outside for a quick smoke, has a couple of drags, then wanders back in like the gossip never paused.
