To speedrun something is to blitz through it as fast as humanly possible, skipping every nicety to reach the end in record time. Used for anything from the morning chores to a whole degree.

Where it comes from
It comes straight out of gaming culture. In speedrunning, players try to finish a game as fast as possible, often using tight routes, skips, and full goblin-mode efficiency. That gaming sense spilled into everyday English, where speedrun now means blasting through any task at ridiculous pace.
