What it means
To be gagged is to be utterly stunned, so shocked or amazed you can barely speak, like the moment hit you right in the throat. Usually a delighted gasp at something jaw-dropping.
Usage examples
"When she walked out in that dress I was gagged."
"The plot twist had the whole room gagged."
"That reveal had me fully gagged, I had to put my phone down for a sec."
"Nah, when he hit that note live, the whole crowd was gagged."

Where it comes from
This comes out of drag and ballroom talk, where gagged means so stunned by the look, the tea, or the sheer spectacle that you go speechless and start metaphorically choking on the moment. It spread online and into wider queer slang, then straight into mainstream pop culture.
