What it means
A jokey badge for someone acting absurdly capable, sturdy, or unfazed, even over something dead ordinary. It comes from the hyper-masculine meme image, so people usually say it with a grin, not as a serious personality diagnosis. You slap it on when somebody fixes, lifts, wins, or handles something in a ridiculously alpha-looking way.

Where it comes from
It grew out of internet meme culture in the late 2010s, built from giga plus Chad, with Chad already being the meme shorthand for a hyper-confident, ultra-masculine guy. Gigachad took that archetype and maxed it out, helped along by the viral image of a wildly chiselled male model face used as the character’s visual template.
