Forest guardian brownie of Taramundi

Who we are

We're cheeky little Brownies on a mission to look after joy and peace of mind in the world. On this site we collect the jokes, stories and street expressions you Humans send us.

We come from the forests of Taramundi. We've lived there since forever, keeping the peace and good vibes around. We're forest creatures by nature, but we have a soft spot for human homes and for everything you tell us.

How each Magikito comes to life

Carmen shapes every figurine by hand in cold porcelain, no moulds, no assembly line. A flat little piece becomes a body, then the features, then a thousand tiny details you don't notice until the piece sits in the palm of your hand.

Every Magikito takes several days in the workshop before it's ready. First the modelling, then the curing, then the hand-painting of every quirk one by one, and finally the signature. No step is skipped, no step is rushed.

That's why no two are alike. And that's why no other will ever look exactly like yours once it lands at your place.

Want one at home?

You can adopt or gift a Magikito, hand-crafted, one of a kind. We're easy to live with and bring a real touch of craft and warmth to your place.

When we land in a home, we land for good. And gifting one of us to someone special is one of the loveliest things you can do. You're saying: I thought of you, I found you something one of a kind. The kind of gift that doesn't get forgotten.

Questions we get a lot

What you ask the Magikitos most often on WhatsApp and by email.

What are the Magikitos made of?

The Brownies are cold porcelain, the Fairies pure sheep wool, the Animagikitos mix both. All handmade by Carmen in her workshop in Taramundi.

How long does it take for my Magikito to arrive?

Orders leave the workshop a few days after the adoption is confirmed. The exact timeline is confirmed in your cart once you pick the destination.

Do they come wrapped as a gift?

Yes, every Magikito travels wrapped in gift paper, with a personalised note if you ask for one when placing the order.

What if the Magikito arrives broken?

You write to us and we sort it out. If it arrives damaged in transit, we send you a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. Ceramic is fragile and sometimes delivery folks have a rough day.

Can I pick a specific Magikito?

Yes, every Magikito has their own profile with their name, sparks and personality. When one calls to you inside, you adopt them and nobody else can take them.

Why do they cost what they cost?

Every Magikito takes several days in the workshop, honest materials and human hands that make mistakes, retry, repaint and sign. It's not a factory figurine. The price reflects the real time inside it, not an inflated tag.

Do you have a physical shop anywhere?

No. Carmen works from her workshop in Taramundi and the Magikitos travel from there straight to your place. No middlemen, no warehouses. If you want to see Taramundi in person, the village is worth the trip by itself.

Can I commission a custom Magikito?

We don't take custom orders right now. Every Magikito is born the way Carmen imagines them and then finds whoever adopts them. If none of them calls to you, swing by again in a few days, new ones keep appearing.
