Explore and build
Pick your Magikito and go for a proper wander round the forest. Dig up the secrets it is hiding and leave your own mark on it.
What this is
The forest where the Magikitos live, drawn by hand. No enemies, no score, no rush.
Wander, no rush
Meadow, lake, willows and even the garden of some humans who have no idea. All of it in one go, on foot or by boat, with no loading screens in between.
Poke about and tinker
Whatever you pick up along the way goes in your sack, and the sack is for building, for pinning a little note up somewhere in the forest and for the mischief a Magikito gets up to when nobody is looking.
Everybody’s forest
Other people are wandering around here too, and what they build stays put. The clearing you find today was built by whoever came through before you.
How to play
There is no tutorial because none is needed.

Tap and off you go Tap the ground and your Magikito walks there, dodging whatever is in the way. Tap a thing to use it, or somebody to have a chat.

Drag to have a look around Drag the map to see what is further out, and zoom in or out as you like. Lose your bearings and one button takes you back to your Magikito.

Keyboard, if you have one Arrow keys or WASD to walk, space to run or row faster.
The forest looks after itself
There are no moderators here. What keeps the forest in check are its own rules.
Building costs more where there is already plenty
Every stretch of path and every fence is paid for in materials, and the price doubles the more covered that clearing already is. Nobody tells you no: it simply stops being worth it.
The grass grows back
A path nobody walks on grows over by itself, from the ends inwards. The ones people use stay; the whims get eaten by the forest.
The little bomb
Removing what somebody else made is not a click: it is a little bomb with a message on it, a five-hour fuse and somebody walking by who decides whether to defuse it.
Your Magikito, your game
You come in without signing up: you pick your Magikito and the game is saved on this device. With a Magikitos account it follows you to any other one, and you get to build in the shared forest.
No fighting, no lives, no timers. For little ones and for grown-ups who fancy getting lost for a while.
